Yes. The freight cost is included. We will add the shipping cost after we approve CIF and C&F pricing for custom and standard chillers.

Our team will ship your chiller orders from any China seaport. We support any shipping terms.

We offer air and sea shipment according to your requirements. If your orders are urgent, air shipping is the best choice. However, air freight is more expensive compared to sea shipment.

We provide FOB, CIF, C&F, EXW, for USA, Canada, The Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, we can do door-to-door delivery including all import duties and taxes.

You can order at least one chiller from us. However, we provide discounts and special prices for large number of chiller orders.

Custom chiller price will depend on your detailed chiller requirements such as cooling capacity , design, chilled water flow rate, water pump pressure physical diemension and more. Don’t worry because we will provide a detailed and transparent quotation for your custom chiller orders.

For standard and stock chillers, we can deliver within 3 business days. Made-to-order chillers according to your capacity, refrigerant, dimension, and other requirements will take up to 30 days.

Yes. Normally all our chillers have 12 months warranty time, we can also extend this warranty period to 24 months and 36 months. With spare parts replacement.

We are providing a wide range cooling capacity chillers. Generally air cooled chiller cooling capacity ranging from 0.5 ton to 500 ton, and water cooled chiller cooling capacity ranging from 3 ton to 1500 ton. We have full chiller models for your request.

At ChillerOne, We are using shell and tube heat exchanger as the condenser for water-cooled chiller. Finned aluminum with copper tube condenser is used for air-cooled chiller.

ChillerOne uses hermetic scroll compressors for 0.5 to 100 tons cooling capacity chillers. Semi-hermetic screw-type compressors are used chillers with above 100 tons cooling capacity range.

The Maximum operation temperature of our chillers can reach 65℃. Different countries with different ambient temperature and humidity. In some tropical countries in Middle East,Southeast Asian, Africa and Caribbean with high ambient temperature and humidity. We have special design and configuration to guarantee your chiller normal running under such high temperature.

For hermetic scroll compressors, we have Danfoss, Copeland, Hitachi, Panasonic, Daikin. for Semi-hermetic screw-type compressors, we have Bitzer, Fusheng and Hanbell brands as the option.

Yes. Condensers and evaporators are corrosion resistant to withstand harsh environmental conditions in some specific chemical industrial applications and ocean seaside.

We are exploring new refrigerants to lower GWP.

This configuration bases on your request, For standard chiller, we have built-in water tank and water pump. If you have existing water tank and water pump on site, our chiller will not have built-in water tank to make a closed loop system for your proper application.

Don’t panic. When the chiller has an error or alarmed, switch it off and turn off the power supply. Refer to the chiller’s manual for troubleshooting. If the issue remains, you can contact our engineers to fix it.

No, my chiller is fully refrigerant charged and ready to use. You do not need install water tank and water pump. It is plug and play. you can do it yourself. We will provide a comprehensive installation and operation guide.

Our chillers are fully proper charged refrigerants depending on the chiller’s cooling capacity,size,operating conditions and ambient temperature.
