Installation Guide and Training Services
Our chillers are manufactured with easy to install and operate design. You just need the water tube and plug the chiller in your outlet and it’s ready to use. However, a manual is also provided to guide you with the installation process. We can also provide a video guide for you.
If you want, your engineer can visit our factory and avail our installation training services. For big projects, we can arrange business trip with our engineers to install the chillers on your site.
Spare Parts and Maintenance Services
All our chillers come with free spare parts so you can use them if problem occurs.
If the problem is not resolved, we can arrange our engineers to come in your site and fix the chillers.
Additionally, maintenance services are free within the 24 months warranty period. After the warranty period, you can avail our payable life-time chiller maintenance services.
